 A Fragile Stone – The Emotional Life of Simon Peter
4-Week Class / Sundays / 9:45 AM / Room 213
All adults are cordially invited to attend a 4-week study on the life of Jesus’ best friend and trusted apostle, Simon Peter. The study being used to gain more insight into Peter revisits well-known passages and discovers unexpected insights, painting a portrait of Peter that is both familiar and jarring. We will learn how the impetuous fisherman of the Gospels was transformed into the pivotal leader of the early church.
If you have thought about what it’s like to be in an Adult Sunday School class, join us – “The Pastor’s Class” - beginning Sunday, April 27 as we explore together how Peter’s life serves as a model for Christian discipleship and offers us hope that we, like him, can be changed as Jesus calls us to follow him.

 Join our Prayer Shawl Ministry if you can knit or crochet or would like to learn how to do either. We create special prayer shawls, afghans, and baby blankets for persons needing spiritual comfort.
