In April 2008, the CHAP Program (Community HomePlace Assistance Program) ,was taken under the umbrella of services at Metrocrest Social Services changing the name to Community Assistance Program (CAP).  The mission of CAP is the same: To provide limited long-term support services to select families. in Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Addison and Coppell.  The Metrocrst Social Services professional staff will coordinate service delivery and approve use of funds while the volunteers from the community will serve as mentors, and financial coaches and will seek to coordinate community resources such as child careassistance and family counseling.

Karate Camp

HCUMC's 2nd Annual Free Karate Camp is scheduled!
Date: August 9
Start Time:  11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Please come join us for our 2nd Annual Free Karate Camp at Holy Covenant UMC.

Snack lunch provided for campers and families.

We will be in the gym for a Karate Demo, Stranger Danger, Games and instructions provided by SideKicks Martial Arts.
