Isaiah 40:31 But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Crop Walk 2008 is set for September 27Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty (CROP) Hunger Walks help to support the overall ministry of Church World Service, especially the grassroots, hunger-fighting development efforst of partner agencies in some 80 countries. In addition, each local CROP Hunger Walk can choose to return up to 25% of the funds it raises to local hunger-fighting programs. Holy Covenant had an outstanding turnout for the 2007 Crop Walk in September of this year. See photos from the event below:
