LOCAL CHURCH GOVERNMENT This church is organized to pursue its primary task and mission in the context of its own community--reach out and receiving with joy all who will respond; encouraging people in their relationship with God and inviting them to commit to God's love in Jesus Christ; providing opportunities for them to seek strengthening and growth in spiritual formation; and supporting them to live lovingly and justly in the power of the Holy Spirit as faithful disciples.
The Administrative Council at Holy Covenant is a group of church members who plan and develop the programs you experience at Holy Covenant. The leaders of each committee rely on volunteers to help run these programs and ensure their success. Every person and work area represented on the Administrative Council has a staff member who relates to them as a resource person and to provide support.
The Council typically meets the 3rd Monday of each month in the Covenant Center Conference Room (1st floor next to the Kitchen). Individual committees usually meet on the 2nd Monday of each month.
