Cleaning( floors, bathrooms, break room) of 26,000 sq ft facility with light maint to include but not limited to painting. Facility currently has 250 students enrolled.

M-F 8:45 to 5, will punch a time clock, full time permanent - health benefits available after 3 full months of employment.
Position is similar to a payables clerk. Duties will include but not limited to data entry into Quick Books, PO ordering and verifying orders upon arrival, filing. This person will also assist the owner with general admin assistant duties which will include but not limited to maintaining his calender.

We need someone who is available on Sunday mornings from 8:15 am to 12:15 pm and occasionally on mornings and evenings during the week. You must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
