Dates: July 24-29th Cost:$240
For those who have completed 6th-12th grade
This mission trip will offer a variety of service opportunities and the possibility for many different gifts and graces of our young people to be used. The plan it to begin the day working with an organization like Project Transformation which seeks to help young people with reading skills over the summer. In the afternoon, we would work with an organization like People Helping People doing light home repair. We will help build and strengthen homes and communities both literally and figuratively.
We are asking for a $50 deposit so that we can have an idea of who plans to attend. This will allow us to make arrangements for work, travel, adult supervision. If you would like to go but money is a concern, please let me know that can be taken care of. There is money set aside for such things, never let that be an issue to joining us on something as worthwhile as this.
