Prayer for Thanksgiving:
“O God for all the blessings we enjoy, we give you thanks. Help us look at the world around us in such a way that we see your hand in creation and in those we meet. Help us be a blessing as we gather with family and friends. AMEN.
Community Nativity Special Rehearsal: If you would like to do a solo or small group at the Community Nativity Concert on Dec. 2, there will be a rehearsal at 9:45 am on Sunday, November 27 with Jonathan. We will perform from 7:30 to 8:30 pm. Email Debbie [email protected] if you plan to perform. Andrea Millaway is helping to coordinate this with me as I will be at SMU that night for a special concert reunion with alumni of the Sacred Music program. If you cannot rehearse on Sunday and you want to perform, please let me know ASAP.

Dec. 1 – Adult Choir performance at the Community Nativity – Arrive at 7:00 pm to prepare for 7:30 to 8:30 concert.
Dec. 3 – Extra Rehearsal – 11:00 an to Noon (one hour!)
Dec. 4 – Rehearsal begins! at 7:30 am – Wear black bottom – white top
LAST children and youth rehearsals prior to Dec. 11 performance – please make every effort to attend.
Dec. 7 – Regular Rehearsals
Dec. 11 – Pre-school and Elementary Children and Youth and Adult Choirs provide music. Arrive at 8:00 am and dress nice for Christmas. NO Sunday afternoon rehearsals until January.
Dec.14 – Regular Rehearsals
Dec. 18 – Lessons and Carols – Covenant Carillons and Wesleyan Choir, Actors Group
Dec. 21 – No Rehearsals
Dec. 24 – Adult Choir sings at 7:00 pm Service – Arrive at 6:45 pm Sign up in the choir room for the Christmas Eve Choir at 7:00 pm
Other service times: 5:00 pm family service, 11:00 pm Communion
Dec. 25 – 11:00 am Christmas Day (one service – no choirs)
Dec. 28 – No Rehearsals
