tea-candles.jpg All Saints Sunday
Friends, We will be celebrating All Saints Day on Sunday, November 1. You are invited to send in a picture, with the name of your loved one and how they are related to you for the celebration. We will be sharing these pictures during our live streaming worship at 10:30 am on Nov 1. The service will be a day of remembrance for the saints, those we have loved and lost into eternal life, over the past year. This holy day allows us to remember our faith, to celebrate all we believe and to remember those we miss on earth, as they gather in heaven at the Lord’s banquet table!   Please send pictures and names to Elise [email protected] or Pastor Cheryl [email protected] by Monday, October 26.

Food Pantry
Our next Distribution is this coming Sunday, October 11th.   There is still time to sign up to pack food, and we need your help. If you would like to help out with packing food, you can sign up in one-hour slots for Friday, October 9th or Saturday, October 10th. It’s easiest if you sign up in groups of at least 2 or 3 people. If you want to work the Distribution on Sunday, October 11th, there are several positions you can sign up for.   For any of these volunteer opportunities, please sign up on signupgenius.com or contact Lois Eaton at 214-862-8683 or [email protected].
We are in need of:
Green Beans
Instant Mashed Potatoes
Stuffing – bread or cornbread

Canned yams or sweet potatoes
Dog and Cat Food

Someone will be at the church on Thursday and Saturday from 10:00 am-noon to accept your donations.  Thank you, as always, for your support of the Food Pantry.
