At our Drive Through Food Distribution last Sunday we served 106 families or 426 individuals. Our next Distribution is on September 27th. If you would like to help out with packing boxes and bags, you can sign up in one-hour slots on Friday, September 25th or Saturday, September 26th. It’s easiest if you sign up in groups of at least 2 or 3 people. If you want to work the Distribution on Sunday, September 27th, there are several positions you can sign up for.
For any of these volunteer opportunities, please sign up on signupgenius.com or contact Lois Eaton at 214-862-8683 or [email protected].
Recently, thanks to our grant from Texas Methodist Foundation, we were able to purchase a dolly, two carts, six sets of shelves, pet food, diapers, and additional food. All of those things were needed for the Distribution and the organization leading up to it.

Food Deliverers Needed
Parkland Hospital needs volunteers to deliver food for people who are under quarantine due to COVID-19. Food would need to be picked up from the Holy Covenant Food Pantry and dropped off at locations in Dallas County. We also need a volunteer to help organize the drivers. If you are available, please call Elise Odell at the church office 972-492-2432 or text or email Lois Eaton 214-862-8683 [email protected].
Would you like to help with our online worship? We are looking for volunteers for our worship streaming ministry. You will be asked to commit to 2 worship services per month to operate either a video switcher or a camera. Experience welcome–but not required! There will be training. Please contact Tim Shepardson at [email protected] if you are interested.
Are you and your family putting together jigsaw puzzles? Are you tired of doing the same ones? We have LOTS of new and gently used puzzles we would love to share with you! They are 500 piece and 1000 piece puzzles. We would be happy to drop one on your doorstep. We will even share photos for you to choose the one you want. If you are interested, please contact Elise at [email protected].
