What is Happening This Week 9/29-10/2/22

Happy Fall Day!
The weather is wonderful! Hope you are finding a way to be outside and enjoy it. When I stepped out for my morning walk, I thought about grabbing a sweatshirt – how glorious!

This Sunday we will be celebrating with Christians throughout the world the gathering around our Lord’s Table. The sanctuary will be decorated, the bells and choir will be blessing us through their music, and we will be breaking bread together! I hope you will be a part of our service at 10:30 in the sanctuary. We will also have a small service at 8:30.

Please plan on attending the Ministry Fair in the Covenant Center on Sunday. The many ministries of our church will be on display. We would love you to connect with a new opportunity.

I will look forward to greeting you at one of my favorite services of the year!

Shalom Blessings,
Pastor Cheryl

Wear Your Nametag!
Be sure to wear your nametag this Sunday to help our guests learn names. If you need a nametag, please add your name to the sign-up sheet on the nametag table.

wood-train-set.jpg Kids Corner
We are so excited about our new kids corner in the sanctuary. We have the kids corner so that if your little one is having trouble focusing or sitting still in church they can take a little break and play in the kids corner. Parents, take a breath, stay in your seat and focus on worship knowing that Laulie will be over there to manage.

Let’s make sure we are as respectful and caring as possible with this new space!
– kids corner is available after the children’s sermon
– no talking or whispering
– no fighting, wrestling or rough play
– sharing is caring
– when praying, kids must stop playing and pray along with us.
