What is Happening This Week 9/8-9/11/22

Dear friends,

This coming Sunday is September 11th. Just a mention of the date brings memories of the tragedy that happened in 2001. Fortunately as people of faith, we come not only remembering but we come with hope. Not hope in ourselves but hope in God.

We are blessed this Sunday to welcome Rev. Andy Lewis. Andy will bring us a word about healing and listening for guidance from God. I am excited to serve with him again.

We pray that God will give us eyes that are constantly on the lookout for the small and subtle ways God makes God’s power and presence, love and mercy known to us! I hope to see you on Sunday,
Blessings,
Pastor Debbie

wood-train-set.jpg Kids Corner
We are so excited about our new kids corner in the sanctuary. We have the kids corner so that if your little one is having trouble focusing or sitting still in church they can take a little break and play in the kids corner. Parents, take a breath, stay in your seat and focus on worship knowing that Laulie will be over there to manage.
Let’s make sure we are as respectful and caring as possible with this new space!
– kids corner is available after the children’s sermon
– no talking or whispering
– no fighting, wrestling or rough play
– sharing is caring
– when praying, kids must stop playing and pray along with us.
