 This has been quite a week of unpredictable weather and plans being rescheduled…only to be rescheduled again! We expect everything to be thawed out by Sunday, however, in plenty of time to share Holy Communion in worship. Because of missed days, ECDP will extend it’s Space Week into next week. If you haven’t taken a peek in the Covenant Center, be sure to do so on Sunday to see what fun our preschool kids are having while they learn! The Book Fair has also been extended into next week to give students, parents, teachers and church members an opportunity to support our preschool. Check it out in Room 110 in the Covenant Center this Sunday, or shop ONLINE to earn rewards for ECDP. Highlights This Week Book Fair Sunday, Feb 5 9:30 am to Noon and Monday, February 6 – Thursday, February 9 8:30-11 am and 1:45-2:30 pm Room 110 in the Covenant Center ECDP is having a book fair! Please support our awesome preschool and purchase books for your children and grandchildren. Purchasing books at our book fair allows our school to add books to our school library, purchase indoor recess items, manipulatives and much more! If you are unable to attend in person, or prefer to shop ONLINE, the online book fair is open until February 12th. Thank you for supporting literacy learning both at home, and at our school.  Youth Stock Sales February 5-8 Holy Covenant youth will be calling members of the church family for donations to support them this year. Highlight Next Week Chili Cookoff Saturday, February 11 6 pm in the Covenant Center Everyone is invited to enter their chili into the competition. A sign-up sheet is located in the narthex. Tuesday Take Five Tuesdays at 12 noon Facebook Live Take a few minutes out of your Tuesday for spiritual growth and an uplifting message for the week with Laulie Eckeberger.  Coming Soon Bible Study Wednesdays at 9:30 am Room 211 Starting February 15 Pastor Cheryl Murphy will begin a Bible Study on Wednesday, February 15 at 9:30 in the Library (Room 211) on the second floor of the Covenant Center. We will be walking with Paul through his first letter to the church in Corinth. Please read 1 Corinthians 1 for the first class. All are welcome!  LIFT Thursday, February 16 11 am The monthly LIFT (Ladies in Fellowship Together) gathering will be on Thursday, February 16, at 11:00 am at the home of Linda Thompson. Go to L.I.F.T. for more information. Bring a snack or covered dish to share. We will enjoy food and fellowship. If you do not have time to prepare a dish, please join us anyway – we want you with us! Please contact Hefina Glenys [email protected] if you plan to attend.  Food Pantry Pantry Hours: Tuesday-Thursday from 10-2 2nd and 4th Sundays from 12-1 pm. We currently need: soups and canned beans. Donations may be delivered Thursdays and Saturdays from 10:00-noon. In addition to that, we accept donations on Sundays before and after both worship services. There will be carts outside the Pantry for your donations.
