Beloved Community!   
Join us for the final September Sunday – and the final God on Broadway worship experience!  

We have wonderful Sunday School classes for you to join at 9:15! Our final God on Broadway service will be celebrating FROZEN! (Please feel free to dress for the event!) And Jesus’ wonderful healing story from Mark 5.  

AND THEN PUMPKINS arrive in a semi-truck!!!!! 
Remember last year?! We need your help unpacking the truck and organizing! Please dress in appropriate clothing to help us set up and prepare for the festive weeks of meeting our neighbors!  

Laulie, Elise, and I are heading to Abilene for the first Horizon Texas Annual Conference. Please hold this holy work in your prayers. The meeting will be held on Saturday and live streaming on the NTCUMC website if you are interested in watching.  

I look forward to greeting you on Sunday!

Bring your friends, family, and your favorite games! Everyone is welcome. A love offering will be collected for food. Donations toward dinner expenses can also be made on the church website and are appreciated.

10:30 am  
It’s the last Sunday in the worship series! Join us as we encounter the show Frozen from a biblical perspective. Listen for some favorite songs and discover the story in a new light.    


Unloading Pumpkins

11:30 am – immediately after worship  
It’s time to set up the Pumpkin Patch again! All ages are asked to help unload pumpkins from the truck to the parking lot.

The HCUMC Community Clothes Closet is very low on all items.
We currently need the following:
-Men’s clothes
-Women’s clothes
-Children’s clothes
-Shoes (all sizes)
-New underwear and socks (all sizes)
-Mini shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, lotion  

Please bring clothes to the church Tuesday – Thursday between 10 am and 2 pm or Sunday mornings.

It’s pumpkin time again at HCUMC!  

The pumpkin patch supports the church, has a positive impact on the community, and is a fun way to get involved! We cannot do it without you! Please sign up HERE for a 2-hour volunteer slot! Please contact Laulie [email protected] with any questions.

Join us for food, hayrides, games, live music, Trunk or Treat and more! Sign up HERE if you plan to decorate your trunk for Trunk or Treat! We ask that your trunk has an interactive aspect like a game or activity! Please plan to arrive by 3:30 pm to set up your trunk!

Food Pantry
Pantry Hours:
Tuesday-Thursday from 10-2 
2nd and 4th Sundays from 12-1 pm  
We currently need soups, peanut butter, pasta sauce, canned chicken and pet food.
Donations may be dropped off Tuesdays through Thursdays between 10 am and 2 pm. In addition to that, we accept donations on Sundays before and after worship. There will be carts outside the Pantry for your donations.
