Holy Covenant is partnering with Metrocrest Social Services to sort and distribute a sack of nutritious and easy to prepare food weekly to neighborhood qualifying families for 9 weeks, from June to August.

Volunteers will be needed on Saturdays. We will sort from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Deliver bags from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and distribute from the Narthex from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. each Saturday.

Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty (CROP) Hunger Walks help to support the overall ministry of Church World Service, especially the grassroots, hunger-fighting development efforts of partner agencies in some 80 countries. In addition, each local CROP Hunger Walk can choose to return up to 25% of the funds it raises to local hunger-fighting programs.
