Welcome to Holy Covenant United Methodist Church!

We are a neighborhood church on the corner of Josey Lane & East Peters Colony Road.
Our church family is affirming and inclusive. We welcome everyone as they are into our loving community. We celebrate our diversity and we are intentional about having diverse representation among our leadership. People from all walks of life and a variety of faith backgrounds or no religious upbringing at all have found a spiritual home here. We hope you will too!

For the past 50 years, the guiding scripture for this beloved community has been Micah 6:8 - To do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God.

For the past decade our mission statement has been clearly displayed on our sign:
We are welcoming and open to all people:
black or white or brown, you are welcome here;
rich or poor, young or old, you are welcome here;
gay or straight, citizen or sojourner, you are welcome here.

We embrace our children, youth, and adults striving to surround them with the understanding that they are beloved children of a loving God. That God's love and grace will guide them in an understanding of the Holy Scriptures, our experience of Holiness, our sacred traditions, and our ability to grow and reason in our faith.

Our worship services are at 10:30 am on Sunday mornings in our sanctuary and live streaming on our website. We celebrate Holy Communion on the first Sunday of every month.
We have an outstanding music program that includes the Wesleyan Choir, a bell-ringing choir and often instrumental music as well.
We are committed to personal growth and discipleship through a variety of classes both on Sunday mornings at 9:15 and throughout the week. We have very active ministries that serve the community and our neighbors. We would welcome anyone to join us in packing food for our pantry or joining our monthly game night!

We would love to welcome you on Sunday morning! We look forward to seeing you here!
