What is Happening This Week 1/12-1/15/23
Beloved Community! Every year during January, I try to create worship experiences that will set our year up for inspiration or at least what we may need spiritually. Sometimes I am close, other years it is a total miss, like 2020…. So this year, we began last week with remembering our baptism. We were reminded we are beloved and God, our Creator, is well pleased with us! This week, we will reflect on being people of a powerful light, a Christ-like light in our world! People like MLK Jr. who believed “Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.” Are we brave enough to be a bearer of light this year? Hope you will join us on Sunday. I will look forward to greeting you then! Shalom Blessings, Pastor Cheryl 10:30 am Sunday Morning Worship In-person and Livestreamed We hope you are joining us either in-person, or for online worship on Facebook Live.
